Registered office address for UK companies.
Registered office, director service address, and mail-handling service from any RR Accountants office.
Your home address shouldn't appear on Companies House. Use one of our nine UK office addresses as your registered office and director service address — for privacy, credibility, and full compliance.
Direct answer
A registered office address is the official address for a UK company and appears on the Companies House public register. It is where official written communication is sent. A director service address is different: it is the public correspondence address for an individual director or PSC. RR Accountants provides registered office, director service address, and statutory mail handling from real UK office locations.

Registered office address for UK companies — common questions.
Can I use any address as my registered office?
Your registered office must be an appropriate address where documents can be delivered and acknowledged. It must be in the same part of the UK where the company is registered. Most directors do not want a home address publicly listed at Companies House, so they use an accountant or registered office provider instead.
What's the difference between registered office and director service address?
The registered office is the company's official address. The director service address is each individual director's personal address on Companies House and PSC records. Both can be different from your home address. Both can be the same virtual address — but they're separate legal records.
How quickly will I receive my statutory mail?
Statutory mail (HMRC, Companies House, court) is opened, scanned, and emailed to you within 1 working day of receipt. Time-sensitive items (HMRC enquiry letters, court orders) are flagged for same-day attention. Non-statutory mail is forwarded or held per your preference.
What's the difference between this and a mailbox service?
Mailbox services typically don't accept statutory mail (HMRC, Companies House require a real address with a real person). They're also not appropriate as a Companies House registered office. Our service is operated from real UK offices with proper statutory-mail handling — fully compliant.
Can I switch which office I use?
Yes. You can switch between RR office addresses with one form. We file the change of registered office with Companies House within 24 hours. There is no switching fee.
