What the role will involve

•

You'll lead a team of trainees, affectionately known as padawans in Star Wars lore.

•

Client Management portfolio

•

Direct core accounting sessions like cash flow management and reporting

•

Take responsibility for the overall financial performance and profitability of the entire firm.

•

Enhanced insight into the overall financial performance and profitability of the entire firm.

•

Conduct performance evaluations and foster the growth of your team.

•

Make use of applications like Stripe, a2x, harvest to drive innovation.

•

Provide the team with training sessions as and when necessary

•

Be optimistic and creative when selling new services.

•

Review and finalise year-end accounts and hold quarterly catch-up sessions with clients.
